For winter connoisseurs
Winter as it should be: sunny and unhurried
The Watles lies right outside the house, the Schlinig cross-country trail just behind the mountain, and the Sesvenna group is one of South Tyrol's quiet ski-touring areas. Afterwards: an indoor pool with mountain views and six saunas.
Skiing right at the house
Around 100 m to the Watles valley station — a sunny, compact ski area where children learn at their own pace and nobody queues.
Cross-country & winter hiking
In nearby Schlinig, the high-altitude cross-country trail draws its loops; winter walkers and snowshoers find quiet paths around the Watles and the Schlinig valley — snowshoes can be borrowed from us free of charge.
Ski touring in the Sesvenna
The Sesvenna group above the Schlinig valley is a classic touring area — reachable directly from the house, with no drive.
