What is included in the room rate?
The rate is per person and night including gourmet half board — breakfast buffet and a home-made 4-course choice menu with regional ingredients in the evening. The entire wellness area with panorama pool, six saunas and fitness room is included for house guests, as are Wi-Fi and the VinschgauCard.
How much do I pay when booking?
For direct bookings a deposit of € 200 per booking is due, the balance at the hotel. If you prefer, you can also pay the full amount right away.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Ferienhotel Kastellatz. We charge € 20 per day without food and ask you to bring your dog's own blanket. Please register your dog when booking.
When can I arrive?
In the high season, holiday weeks from Saturday to Saturday are the rule; shorter stays and other arrival days are released depending on the period. The calendar shows you for every day what is directly bookable right now — everything else you can request at any time without obligation, the Thöni family replies personally.
