Protected weeks: arrival on Saturday
We prefer to take reservations from Saturday to Saturday — that way, every family gets its full holiday week at the best price. And this is how it works:
- Whole weeks first: Saturday to Saturday can be booked at any time and furthest in advance — at the attractive weekly rate.
- Closer to the date we additionally open the short week (Saturday–Wednesday) and the mountain weekend (Wednesday–Saturday).
- Free gaps immediately: If a gap opens up between two bookings, it becomes bookable in the calendar straight away — even at short notice and even for just a few nights.
Children's prices
Per child per night with two full-paying guests in the room — if only one adult travels, the eldest child counts as the second full payer:

Good to know
- Local tourist tax: 3,80 € per person per night (from 14 years of age), charged in addition
- Bed & breakfast: − 10 € per person per day compared with the half-board rate
- Regular guests: − 2 € discount per person per day
- Dogs: welcome — 20 € per day without food; please bring your dog's own blanket and let us know when booking
- Cot: free of charge on request
- Smoking: not permitted inside the house — you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or outside

Please bring your own pool slippers — for the environment's sake. If needed, reception has some available for 1 €.
Reservation & Payment
Reservations are preferably accepted from Saturday to Saturday and confirmed in writing by both sides. To firmly secure a reservation, we ask for a deposit of 200 € per room and suite. The deposit is not refunded, but in the event of an early cancellation it can be recorded as a credit.
We accept debit cards, cash or bank transfer in advance. Cash payments are possible up to an amount of 4.999 €.

Cancellation
Cancellations are always unpleasant — for you just as much as for us. The following conditions apply:
- 3 months to 6 weeks before arrival: The deposit is retained.
- 6 weeks to 14 days before arrival: 70 % of the total amount will be charged.
- From 14 days before arrival, in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the booked services will be charged (in accordance with Italian law).
- Should the situation change because of a pandemic (e.g. border closures), no cancellation conditions apply.
As a special service, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance — please feel free to ask us about it.
VinschgauCard included: All year round, our guests travel free of charge on all public transport in South Tyrol with the VinschgauCard and receive discounts on cable cars, events and leisure facilities. We issue the card to you on arrival — it is valid for the entire duration of your stay.
